Why we built it

We got tired of chasing our own clients every month

As a studio running recurring client engagements, we were handling payments and subscriptions manually — invoice by invoice, month by month. It worked at first. Then it didn't.

Payments slipped through. Renewals got missed. We'd lose track of which clients were active, which had outstanding balances, and which licenses were still running after a project ended. The overhead of just keeping tabs started taking more time than the work itself.

We wanted a system where billing, access, and contract state were always in sync — one place where everything just worked and nothing fell through the cracks. We couldn't find that tool, so we built it.
