Operators can now select multiple organizations and transition them through workflow states in a single action. Batch onboarding completion, renewal confirmation, and status updates are fully auditable and reversible.
High-volume periods — end-of-quarter renewals, cohort onboarding for education clients — used to require processing each account individually. With hundreds of accounts to move, even a 30-second-per-account action becomes a significant time sink and an opportunity for inconsistency.
Bulk transitions work from the organization list view. You filter to the relevant accounts, select them, and choose the state transition. The system validates each account against the transition's preconditions before applying the change, skipping accounts that don't meet requirements and reporting the reason.
Every bulk action is logged as a batch event in the platform audit trail, with the initiating operator, the timestamp, and a list of which accounts were affected and which were skipped. This makes compliance review of bulk operations straightforward.
