The account timeline is now the primary surface for understanding organizational health. Instead of navigating between billing tabs, legal records, and license logs separately, every material event flows into one chronological view.
Previously, operators needed to cross-reference at least three separate panels to reconstruct what had happened in a given account. A billing change might not have been visible alongside a contract update from the same week, making it difficult to connect commercial decisions with operational outcomes.
The new timeline brings these events together with source labels so you know whether an entry came from a payment processor, a legal action, or a license issuance. Each event links back to its origin record so you can drill in without losing context.
This is the foundation for the account health scoring features coming later this quarter. The timeline gives us a structured event graph to work with — the health signals we surface will be derived directly from it.
