Each organization now carries a legal readiness score that reflects the completeness of its profile — signed agreements, tax classification, and terms acceptance. Incomplete profiles can block downstream actions like license issuance until they reach the required threshold.
Compliance gaps often appear during audits rather than during onboarding, because there was no systemic check during account setup to verify that the required legal artifacts were in place. Operators could issue licenses to organizations that hadn't signed an agreement or completed their tax profile.
The completeness score is calculated from a configurable checklist tied to your organization's compliance requirements. Each missing item reduces the score and, if you've enabled blocking thresholds, prevents specific operations from proceeding until the gap is resolved.
The score is visible on the organization card in list views so operators can identify incomplete accounts without opening each one. A completeness queue filter lets you work through all incomplete organizations in a single session.
